Referral and Affiliate Programme Terms

These terms apply when you use, share, or participate in any AiProfit refer-a-friend, referral, affiliate, partner, commission, or reward programme. They apply alongside these terms of use and any programme-specific information shown on our website, in your account, in the affiliate dashboard, or in written communications from us.

Current reward amounts, qualification rules, payout thresholds, currencies, and invoice instructions are shown in the relevant programme materials or affiliate dashboard. If those programme materials set out a specific reward amount, minimum customer spend, or payout threshold, that specific programme information applies to that programme while it is current.

Current AiProfit programmes include the customer refer-a-friend scheme and approved commercial commission-share referral schemes. Commercial affiliate applications are for commission-share arrangements only unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

Eligibility and valid referrals

• You must be at least 18 years old, have an AiProfit account in good standing, and use the programme only where we have made it available to you or approved you to participate.
• A valid referral must be a genuine new customer who signs up through your valid referral or affiliate link and satisfies the current programme qualification requirements. Referrals may not be self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fake accounts, household or related accounts created to obtain rewards unfairly, or accounts created through automated or misleading activity.
• Rewards are earned only after the referred customer meets the applicable programme requirements, including any required net paid amount, and only where the customer payment has not been cancelled, refunded, reversed, charged back, or otherwise invalidated.
• Payouts may be requested only when your available reward balance reaches the applicable payout threshold. You must follow the invoice or payout instructions shown in your dashboard or provided by us, including quoting any invoice reference we provide.

Misuse, abuse, and marketing conduct

• You must not misuse the programme, manipulate tracking, interfere with cookies or attribution, create or encourage duplicate accounts, use bots or scripts, post misleading claims, imply guaranteed profits, or use the programme in a way that is fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or inconsistent with these terms.
• You must not send unsolicited marketing, spam, or messages that breach advertising, data protection, direct marketing, consumer protection, gambling, or responsible gambling rules. Any public promotion of AiProfit or matched betting must be accurate, fair, and clear that matched betting involves placing bets and is for over 18s only.
• You must not use our brand names, domain names, logos, paid search advertising, social handles, or promotional copy in a way that suggests you are AiProfit, are employed by us, or have rights we have not expressly granted to you in writing.
• Where we reasonably suspect or reasonably believe there has been fraud, abuse, misuse, self-referral, duplicate account creation, misleading promotion, spam, breach of these terms, unlawful conduct, payment reversal, refund, chargeback, technical error, accounting error, or other activity intended to unfairly obtain rewards, we may investigate and may suspend participation, deactivate referral links, withhold rewards, void rewards, recover overpaid rewards, or remove you from the programme.

Programme changes, taxes, and relationship

• We may change, suspend, or end a referral or affiliate programme prospectively by updating these terms, the programme materials, or the affiliate dashboard. Changes to reward amounts, qualification rules, eligibility, or payout thresholds will apply to referrals made after the effective date of the change, unless a change is necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct, or to correct a technical or accounting error.
• Valid earned rewards will not be removed retrospectively except where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, abuse, breach of these terms, unlawful conduct, payment reversal or refund, chargeback, technical error, accounting error, or another invalidating event affecting the reward.
• You are responsible for any tax, reporting, or other obligations that apply to rewards, commission, or payments you receive. Participation in a referral or affiliate programme does not create an employment, agency, partnership, franchise, or joint venture relationship between you and AiProfit.
